  31. I had a similar problem with my MFC3.  I finally found that if I didn't
  32. run Steve Koren's Job Monitor, I didn't have the problem.  Have you tried
  33. running with a standard setup(ie. booting for a copy of your original WB
  34. disk with the MFC3 software installed on it)?

  36. Don't worry about the jumper.  I don't have anything on mine, so I guess
  37. the manual is wrong in this case.

  39. I don't know if the MFC3 is as sensitive to static as the standard ports.
